450 West 17th Street-The Caledonia Condominium) is located in the heart of the Meat Packing District of West Chelsea and literally right next to the High Line Park. This low amount of supply is evidence of the highly desirable nature of the building and this West Chelsea neighborhood. Art galleries, the High Line Park, Chelsea Market, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife area all close by in the Meat Packing District.
